We understand that life is busy so we offer both morning and afternoon Group Personal Training sessions, allowing you to train when it suits you. On Point Performance offer a “no lock-in contract” sign-up with a free trial available to all new clients.

Session times and numbers are restricted to ensure social distancing and client attention is successfully achieved.
