At On Point Performance, we offer a variety of training methods designed to suit all ages, lifestyles and fitness levels. Whether your goal is weight management, preventative health treatment, injury rehabilitation, sport specific pre-habilitation or simply staying well, we are here to help.

We understand that life is busy so we offer both morning and afternoon Group Personal Training sessions, allowing you to train when it suits you.  On Point Performance offer a “no lock-in contract” sign-up with a free trial available to all new clients.

* Group Personal Training Sessions commence every half hour and take approximately 1 hour. Visit MindBody to Book.

Closed on Sunday for a day of rest & recovery.

 

In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, we require all clients to book in for each and every session. Session times and numbers are restricted to ensure social distancing and client attention is successfully achieved. Bookings are to be made directly with Michelle on either 0425 338 092 or michelle.bourne@live.com.au.

WHAT TO BRING

At On Point Performance, we require you to bring your own clean ‘sweat’ towel and filled water bottle. Due to COVID-19 regulations, water filters are not permitted within health facilities. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and enclosed gym shoes when training. Lockers are available for your personal belongings to be securely stored during your session.We do ask you sanitise your hands on arrival before commencing your session. If you are feeling unwell, have any of the following symptoms; sore throat, fever, cough or shortness of breath, have been overseas in the past 14 days, or have had contact with someone currently diagnosed or suspected of having Covid-19, please stay home.
