All sessions are personalised by our high-level coaches and you are surrounded by like-minded people in a motivating and supportive environment. Classes are capped to ensure you get quality time from our coaches every session. We understand that life is busy so we offer both morning and afternoon Training sessions, allowing you to train when it suits you.

Our Group Personal Training is all about you! Our programs are individually designed for you and sessions are limited to just six clients per half hour to ensure you are guaranteed the highest quality of service and support.

Group Personal Training is a great way to stay motivated and use the energy of those around you, to socialise and meet new friends. All while you benefit from the supervision and guidance of your qualified trainer.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Have you been injured or out of the game for a while? Our strength and conditioning training programs are an excellent way to get back on the field sooner, to build strength post-rehabilitation, and to build your range of movement, strength, and flexibility. These programs can be designed and performed during Group Personal Training sessions for your convenience.
